Any cut of beef will work fine. Just remember thin slices are best. Marinate and cook on hot grill.
Hamburger Meat Loaf
Meatloaf
- 1-3/4 c bread crumbs
- 3/4 c milk
- pepper to taste
- garlic to taste
- 1 medium carrot (grated)
- 1 small onion (minced)
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 3-4 T Hunters Choice Marinade
- 2 LB lean hamburger

Topping
- 3/4 c catsup
- 3 t brown sugar
- 2 t prepared mustard

In large bowl, combine bread crumbs and milk.
Add pepper, garlic, carrot, onion, eggs and marinade.
Mix well.
Add hamburger a small amount at a time and mix with fork.
Allow to rest for 30-45 minutes.
Spread in ungreased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan.
Combine topping ingredients and spread over meatloaf.
Pierce with fork.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour until internal temperature reaches 160°.
Cover with foil and allow to rest at least 30 minutes to complete cooking.
Kabobs
- Use your favorite meats and vegetables.
Cut into bite size pieces. If using potatoes, par-boil first.
- Marinate meats and vegetables separately using either Original or Spicy Hunters Choice Marinade.
- Soak wooden skewers in water while marinating.
- Alternately place meat and vegetables on skewer and cook on hot grill.
