Beef Recipes

Any cut of beef will work fine. Just remember thin slices are best. Marinate and cook on hot grill.

Hamburger Meat Loaf

Meatloaf
  • 1-3/4 c bread crumbs
  • 3/4 c milk
    • pepper to taste
    • garlic to taste
  • 1 medium carrot (grated)
  • 1 small onion (minced)
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 3-4 T Hunters Choice Marinade
  • 2 LB lean hamburger
Topping
  • 3/4 c catsup
  • 3 t brown sugar
  • 2 t prepared mustard

In large bowl, combine bread crumbs and milk. Add pepper, garlic, carrot, onion, eggs and marinade. Mix well. Add hamburger a small amount at a time and mix with fork. Allow to rest for 30-45 minutes. Spread in ungreased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Combine topping ingredients and spread over meatloaf. Pierce with fork. Bake at 350 for 1 hour until internal temperature reaches 160°. Cover with foil and allow to rest at least 30 minutes to complete cooking.

Kabobs

  • Use your favorite meats and vegetables.
    Cut into bite size pieces. If using potatoes, par-boil first.
  • Marinate meats and vegetables separately using either Original or Spicy Hunters Choice Marinade.
  • Soak wooden skewers in water while marinating.
  • Alternately place meat and vegetables on skewer and cook on hot grill.
Venison Supreme with wine
  • NOTE: For a variation marinate meat in Hunters Choice Marinade and vegetables in Italian dressing.
  • NOTE: This recipe works great on all wild game and domestic meats.
